Chemical Plant Development Consultation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a chemical-plant initiative that needs an experienced professional to guide the next steps. The scope is deliberately flexible right now—I want to tap your expertise to shape the best path forward, whether that involves early-stage process design, detailed engineering packages, construction-ready documentation, optimisation studies, or long-term maintenance planning.
Here is what I expect from the first engagement:
• A concise assessment of my current information (raw material list, target products, preliminary capacity figures)
• Recommendations on process routes and technology choices, including pros, cons, and high-level CAPEX/OPEX estimates
• Draft process flow diagram (PFD) and, if time allows, a preliminary P&ID highlighting critical safety and control points
• An outline of regulatory and environmental obligations we must build into the design (OSHA, EPA, REACH, local codes, etc.)
• A milestone plan that splits the overall project into clear phases—design, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning—each with suggested deliverables and decision gates
Tools you are comfortable with—Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks, or similar—should be mentioned in your proposal so I can align them with my in-house software. Practical knowledge of HAZOP, SIL, and emission-control strategies will be highly valued.
