I'm looking for a professional with expertise in the evaluation of the chemical composition of both carpets and plastics. This is for materials collected for recycling via the pyrolysis process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the breakdown of the chemical composition of carpets, focusing on the polymer content.
- Analyze the plastics, primarily identifying different polymer types.
- Propose solutions to improve oil yield from each material batch.
-Analysis of Gases and its uses.
Lab Setup Assistance:
- Help establish a laboratory to test material composition.
- Provide guidance on potential additional mixes to enhance productivity.
- Provide evaluation of Gases and converting it to Oil with condensation.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in chemical engineering or materials science.
- Strong background on what gases will come by heating the various plastics and how can they be converted to oil with condensation.
- Previous experience in recycling or waste management industries.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific ideas in a simple manner.
- Experience in setting up testing laboratories.
