CHEMICAL ENGINEER - DESIGN NORINSE BODYWASH

I need someone who can create a norinse bodywash that has some antibacterial properties and a little of the product needs to go a long way. I don't want it feeling too sticky. I would like to eventually add in different scents for a nice fresh smell. This will be used in small amounts maybe 5ml at a time which will be dispersed directly onto a ramie sponge.
