Bio-Polymer Engineer for Impact Resistance Product
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need an experienced material engineer who specializes in bio-polymers, impact resistance testing and digital product designing. The tasks will involve:
- Polymer processing: As an expert, you should be up-to-date with the latest processing techniques such as injection moulding. This job requires a final product file to be sent to a facility for testing and manufacturing.
- Compound research: Key part of the task will be finding the correct bio-polymer compound to maximize impact resistance. Our goal is to achieve high impact resistance, high abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance and high heat resistance. These attributes must be achieved while still maintaining flexibility in cold temperatures and reducing the use of common synthetic materials.
We have a high focus on creating, or utilizing, a sustainable and eco-friendly bio-polymer to engineer our product.
