Aspen Plus simulation for the styrene process

Simulate and improve a production plant producing styrene for the target production rate and purity based on the PFD given using the simulation software package Aspen Plus.
The fresh ethylbenzene feed stream (stream 1) temperature, pressure and composition are fixed as given, however, the flow rate should be optimised for the target design production and purity. The reactor units (R-101 and R-102) should be modelled using the reaction system and kinetics provided (make sure you are reading the note above). Preliminary input information for the main equipment, streams and utilities are given. Starting from these initial results, you are recommended to change some of the parameters in order to improve the performance (such as reducing the feedstock consumption/reducing the waste products).
The Gross Profit and Total Annualised Cost must be used as the performance indicator to achieve the most economically attractive design by adjusting relevant design parameters such as reactor inlet temperature, pressure, column reflux ratios or number of stages, or any other parameters that you may find relevant in the optimisation.
