Advanced Thermodynamics Problem Set
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a fresh set of problem-solving questions that I can drop straight into an assessment for my Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics course. The focus is thermodynamic cycles only—Rankine, Brayton, refrigeration, combined cycles, the works—nothing on phase diagrams or heat-transfer calculations.
Each question has to challenge an advanced undergraduate, so assume they already know the First and Second Laws, can read property tables, and are comfortable with ideal-gas and real-fluid analyses. Numerical answers must be attainable without exotic software; standard steam tables, refrigerant charts, or an EoS such as Peng–Robinson are fine.
