Description:
We are looking for an experienced chemical/process engineer skilled in DWSIM simulation to create a detailed model of our 10 TPD plastic pyrolysis plant.
The simulation must include:
• Reactor modeling (plastic pyrolysis)
• Catalyst tower modeling
• Gas-liquid separator
• 3-stage condenser system
• Spray condenser
• Wax recirculation loop
• Vacuum system
• Pipeline length and diameter input
• Temperature profile modeling
• Pressure drop modeling
• Hydrocarbon mixture (C5–C30)
• Oil, gas, wax, char yield estimation
Freelancer should have strong understanding of:
• thermodynamics (Peng Robinson / SRK)
• hydrocarbon systems
• reactor modeling
distillation and condensation
Deliverables:
• DWSIM simulation file
• flowsheet diagram
• assumptions document
• explanation of thermodynamic model
instructions to run simulation
