AGRICULTURE PROBLEMS we need to farm with less WATER - we need better ROOTS - and avoid FROST

We have almonds and walnuts.
water problem
we heard about hydrogels, zeolites, or potassium-based water absorbers
do they keep bad elements inside of them to filter? any bad effects for roots?
how do we apply this solution if we already planted our walnut trees? we can apply these to 2 meters deep in the soil.
how deep are walnut roots? do we need to apply directly near the body or do we apply them around the tree?
Besides the water problem what else we can use for better and healthier roots? algeric acid, phosphorus, we know but what else do you suggest?

our fields have a lot of rocks some marble some slate stone it is hard to walk for people and sometimes
even hard for the root to grow downwards.
using sylisium for better soil? it makes soil softer and crushes rocks in time I heard is this true?
any researches? can you research? or any other option for that problem that will not harm our trees also.
any research possible? can we apply near trees? any dangers?

we will use it will summer oil + vegetable gyliceryn. what else we can use also to protect the almond flowers of frost?
can we also delay the flowering process of the almonds?
