Implement a system table with the attached info(Excel sheet), after
implementing system table, implement two fields in vehicle's screen
refer attached snippet.

Where Accident type should be a type list, it should have below values

At Fault
Not At Fault
Traffic Accident
Sideswipe

Class code should refer from the implemented system table with respect
to Vehicle type

Eg: If i select Other as vehicle type then display the class codes which
are present in system table

After implementing above functionalities then implement a vehicle level
coverage, here are the details

Coverage Name: Loss due to theft and it should be Electable
Cove term name is Deductible and terms are : 1000,2000, 5000, 7000 and
10000

Availability for this coverage is: Query the system table where Vehicle
type and Accident type should match the added vehicle then only display
this coverage and it should be available from 01/01/2023.
