xyzGPT - webapp for solving a usecase

Hello! I'm looking for a skilled developer to help me build a web app called xyzGPT.
Developers should have experience working with :
web dev (reactjs, nextjs, tailwind css )
app dev (flutter, Xcode etc.)
database management
chatgpt api integration
The candidate should have some experience in building web apps and be a good product designer. It would be great to share your portfolio.
The mentioned amount of money (compensation) is ONLY FOR WEBAPP.
For android/ios apps, we will post another project and different compensation.
We prefer university students (preferably final-year undergrads), but it is not a strict criterion.
