so we require an app in stages.
stage 1: user signs up to app and they will use this to send consent forms to their clients for them to sign and it comes back to them to save the record within `app.
the consent forms will all be standard and the only part which changes is when they select a certain utem and it then loads the pre filled terms super admin has made.
us as super admin can add features to the consent forms like the terms for each product etc.
we will be adding many other features as this grows with you so think long terms
