custom GPT for real estate apprisal

I am looking for a tech-savvy individual with a strong understanding of GPT models, machine learning, and data extraction. Your remit will be to build a custom AI model (custom GPT) for a real estate appraisal tool with specific functionalities:
- Property Valuation: Build a reliable AI model that can efficiently determine reasonable property value estimates based on various pertinent data points. Sufficient prior experience in property valuation processes and its machine learning modeling is desirable.
- Comparable Sales Analysis: Implement functionality to perform analysis using comparable sales data for appraisals. Deep understanding and demonstrated accomplishment in comparable sales analysis programming is required.
Development of a Custom GPT Model:* We aim to build a new custom GPT model within our GPT builder platform. This model should be tailored for creativity and efficiency in generating content related to real estate appraisal. The primary goal is to enhance our real estate appraisal processes with advanced AI-generated insights and recommendations.
