converting a pdf file to mcq questions using chatgpt

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert a PDF by copying every passage from pdf file and paste it in chatgpt on current affairs for UPSC into multiple-choice questions using ChatGPT. The MCQ questions should be of medium difficulty and I require nearly 3000 questions to be generated from the PDF file.
