Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled writer who can help me write individualized emails to 100 famous people in order to increase the open rate and readability, and pitch a collaboration and possible investment or one or more projects.
- I will provide background information for each of the projects
- I will provide the person's name and which project(s) will be pitched to them
- The ideal candidate should have experience in crafting persuasive and personalized emails.
- The use of AI (Bard, ChatGPT) is encouraged to come up with draft and finalize error-free versions.
- To not waste your time and assist your success, we will be using googleDocs and ensure quality and comments within the the docs. Each of the targeted people will have a separate TAB within the googleDoc.
- You may want to do some research and use it within your email body and the AI to get highly personalized output.
YOUR BIDDING OPTIONS:
- In your bid, state how many individuals you will be doing (10,20,50,all 100).
- state the time you need to complete your project at the highest quality
COMMUNICATIONS
- audio/video calls for ensuring QA will be required via zoom with other team members.
OUTPUT.
- Work will be collaborated through googleDocs.
- 5 completely different versions of the letter for each person (such as Elon Musk, Richard Branson, etc).
The outputs must sound GENUINE and pass the 20% AI test, meaning, it needs to sound like a NEW FRIEND.
- each of the versions will also have matching email title same tone to match the body.
- The tones in the versions are to be friendly, enthusiastic, industry-specific language, and selling a joint vision. If Several combinations if possible.
- For each person, in the their specific tab within the document must have the emails listed based on best chance of open and read rate from highest to lowest. You can use AI to grade them for you.
BONUS
- There will be a bonus for those who provide a complete mail sequence for 10 emails, to increase engagement.
- The sequencing means that for each email body, you would refer to previous email writing (in case they did not open it).
SPECIAL BONUS
- if your email sequence was opened and a deal was made, you will receive 1% of the deal value. Deals are in the millions of dollars! We will insert a tracking id into each email so we know its from you.

- Meeting the deadline for sending out the emails
