Website using AI to help you plan an event

I'm looking for a talented and experienced freelancer to develop an AI-powered app with the following needs:
1) The AI should provide recommendations of events and activities based on the input asked by the human like if it were chat GPT. It would then be able to re-iterate until the perfect plan/activity is found.
2) The app needs a connection to instagram so that the users can connect their instagram profiles and pictures
3) The app needs to have a payment method included for the services that the client is going to purchase
It's a medium term project that would involve having video calls to set up the project, align on how it's going and work on it together.
