Use OpenAI to chat with PDFs
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
The requirements are:
1. Use OpenAI to review PDF files so that I can ask it questions and get responses.
2. Store the data locally on my machine (I can't upload PDFs for security reasons).
3. No limits on PDF size or length.
4. An example would be chatpdf.com - except local, of course.
