I maintain the information on Section 8 housing–authority waiting lists that is published on https://hisec8.com/housing-authorities/. Manually checking each page and copying the latest “open / closed / opening soon” notes is no longer sustainable, so I want to automate the whole pipeline with the OpenAI ChatGPT API.
