Python Telegram Automation Script

I’m looking for a developer who can code a reliable Telegram automation script in Python, built on either Telethon or Pyrogram—please tell me which one you’re most comfortable with.
Core needs
• Multi-account handling for roughly 11-50 Telegram sessions, with an easy way to add or remove accounts.
• Auto-join logic that works for both public and private group links.
• Smart messaging: the bot should send queued replies or broadcasts with human-like random delays, rotating between HTTP and SOCKS5 proxies to minimise the risk of bans.
• Optional but desirable: hook the flow into the ChatGPT API so replies can be generated dynamically when a trigger word or incoming message is detected. If you include this, keep the interface clean so I can toggle it on or off.
Deliverables
1. Clean, well-commented Python source code.
2. A brief README that covers environment setup, session creation, proxy configuration and command-line usage.
3. Step-by-step deployment notes so I can spin up the script on a fresh server without guesswork.
