Prompt Engineer & Developer for Custom ChatGPT (myGPT) for OCR Error Correction in Long Documents

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to develop, test, and refine prompts for use in ChatGPT that will assist in correcting OCR (Optical Character Recognition) errors in large historical documents. Additionally, we require the freelancer to create a custom ChatGPT (myGPT) to which we can upload scanned documents (PDF) and the OCR-generated text file for error correction.
This project focuses on creating workflows and a custom tool that allows ChatGPT to correct OCR errors across large historical texts, ensuring smooth processing of long documents without random skips or crashes. The custom tool should allow us to upload the original scanned book (PDF) and the OCR-generated Word document, with outputs generated in clean MS Word format.
The problems we have encountered in ChatGPT are:
1. ChatGPT will stop working as soon as we step away from the computer (these tasks take several hours to complete)
2. ChatGPT will assure us that they will continue working without the need for further interaction, but work will be paused regardless
3. ChatGPT will be able to generate a MS Word file sometimes, but not every time
4. Breaking the project down into very small sections (eg 2 pages) results in unnecessary work piecing the files back together manually.
5. ChatGPT will skip random sections
6. ChatGPT will pause work and ask if we want it to continue generating despite our instructions not to do so.

Ensure the custom ChatGPT can work in the background without needing constant supervision.
Test and refine the tool to ensure efficient processing of large documents, avoiding common issues like skipped sections, halting mid-process, or formatting errors.
