Please create an easy Zap in Zapier urgent

I have a zapier account. I need the following ZAP.
When a Doc is added into a Dropbox folder that doc needs to be analysed by zapier ai. Zapier ai needs to translate the content (doctoral report) of this doc into something a patient understands. That text needs to have the same layout as the initial doc. A new doc needs to be created and that doc needs to have the same file name as the initial but with additional infos at the end like 12345_zap. That doc needs to be saved into a Dropbox folder. I already created a zap. Which is not working…some info is in that zap. Unwound need it urgently
