AI Personal Assistant (Twilio + Chatgpt + Java + Zapier + PostgreSQL + TTS/STT)

I am looking for an experienced developer to create an AI personal assistant that can handle tasks identical to a virtual personal assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java and PostgreSQL, as well as integrations with ChatGPT, Zapier, Twilio or similar, and Google TTS/STT.
The AI personal assistant must be highly customizable, with extensive customization options for advanced users. This project requires a developer who is detail-oriented, efficient and has a strong understanding of AI and machine learning.
The AI personal assistant will be used for scheduling, email management (Sending, reading, summarizing etc) , browsing the internet to extract information and research, contacting people via SMS/email etc and to-do list management.
