Outlook Email Automation to Notion
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I'm in need of an automation expert who can help me with the following:
- **Source:** The emails will be coming from our Outlook accounts
- **Destination:** These emails need to be stored in Notion
- **Organization:** The emails should be logged by the subject box in Notion. A relational column should be created to link them to the respective contact(s), if contacts don't exist they should be created, and the page content in the database item should be the actual text from the email
- **Scope:** Only the logged emails are to be included in this automation.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in automation tools (make.com preferred)
- Experience in working with Outlook, Notion & ChatGPT
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Prior experience in email management
