Online Marketing Coordinator Wanted for Swedish Company

We're looking for a freelancer to work as an Online Marketing Coordinator for our Swedish company. This is a 160-hour per month position with a 6-month probationary period. Selected candidates may be asked to complete a one-week work test.

Role:
Manage local non-profit organizations with 5 to 100+ members.
Engagement varies from once a week to once a quarter/month.

Tasks:
Post on Facebook/Instagram groups and pages.
Handle Instagram accounts and content.
Create content independently.
Work with ChatGPT for Swedish language content (support available).
Make simple WordPress sites.
Basic graphic design and layout.

Requirements:
Independent and proactive.
Good at communication.
Flexible.
Probationary Period:

6-month trial employment.
One-week work test for selected candidates.
