Integrated openAI ChatGPT with FB Messenger and Whatsapp

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me integrate openAI ChatGPT with LangChain for FB Messenger and Whatsapp. The primary purpose of the integration is to provide efficient customer support. I am particularly interested in having conversation analytics included in the integration. It able to read and trained the data from PDF documents and website. PDF documents would be stored in Google drive for example.
