Integrate Make with Excel, ChatGPT and Outlook

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to build an automation in Make (Integromat) that works with an Excel/Google Sheet and my Outlook inbox, using AI (ChatGPT).

Here’s what I need:

Excel/Google Sheet as source

The sheet will contain customer details including the recipient’s email address.

It will also include variable fields like carrier, service, rate, validity, etc.

I’d like the flexibility to add extra columns later if needed (e.g. transit time, notes).

AI-generated email draft

Make should take the data from the sheet and send it to ChatGPT with a fixed prompt.

The email should be generated using the variable fields and recipient information.

The output should be created in Outlook as a draft email (not sent automatically). I want to review and send them manually.

Trigger

I do not want the emails to trigger automatically when the sheet is updated.

Instead, I’d like a manual trigger (e.g. running the scenario on demand from within Make).

Inbox

The solution must integrate with Outlook so that the drafts appear directly in my Drafts folder.

I already have a sample ChatGPT prompt template that I can share. I need you to build the workflow end-to-end so it works reliably and can be easily adapted later.
