Create an openai API based prompt for extracting and summarizing information from text

Hello,
I am looking for an experienced developer with background ML, NLP and OpenAI API to extract information from large text documents.
The application would have 3 tabs:
1. Simple OpenAI prompt: This would be a simple GPT prompt, where you upload document/documents and ask questions related to the document, and the results would be extracted from the documents. The results can be extracted in an excel or a word file.
2. Upload predefined questions and return results: First a .csv or excel file is uploaded with one column which has a list of questions. Next you upload document/documents. The results would be extracted from the documents using GPT. The results can be extracted in an excel or a word file.
3. Summary generation: You upload document/documents and generate a summary. The summary should be created based on a series of predefined format.
The timeframe for completing this would be 2-3 weeks. Based on the successful competition of this task, you will be awarded a larger project with few overlapping requirements.
