ChatGPT Training for Customer Success Team in Native English - 3 hours training workshop /Plus Test (Group video training)

We are seeking a ChatGPT expert to conduct a 3-hour training session tailored for our Customer Success Managers. The focus will be on improving the efficiency of our regular client reporting and analytics tasks using ChatGPT.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience with ChatGPT (Free and Plus) and AI-driven workflows
- Corporate training experience is preferred
- Ability to deliver an engaging, hands-on training session
- Native English speaker for clear understanding without out international team
- Must provide an external course, including a test at the end
Objectives of the Training:
- Enhance the efficiency in reporting and analytics using chatGPT (Free and Plus)
- Improve the quality of client interactions
- Integrate ChatGPT into daily workflows seamlessly
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ChatGPT's capabilities, specifically in the context of customer support and data analysis. The goal is to empower our team to leverage this technology to its fullest potential, ultimately improving our service delivery and operational efficiency.
Native English is needed as it will be a remote Video conference setting with our Global team, Meaning ESL for almost everyone so much be native for clear understanding.
