ChatGPT-Savvy Technical Interviewer Needed
Budget: $100 – $125 USD
I’m looking for a freelance interviewer who can step in on an as-needed basis to run technical and culture-fit interviews for my team. You’ll be the person on the video call, speaking directly with HR reps or end-clients and occasionally with the candidates themselves. Because the conversations often turn deeply technical, you must be comfortable discussing modern programming concepts and reading code on the fly.
Your advanced expertise with ChatGPT is essential—I rely on it to draft tailored question sets, probe deeper when a candidate gives a vague answer, and summarise each session into concise reports. You should already have your own workflow for prompting, refining follow-ups, and turning the chat logs into an interview narrative we can hand straight to stakeholders.
Scope of work
• Before each interview: meet with me for a quick brief, build or refine the question script in ChatGPT, and share it for sign-off.
• During the call: lead the discussion, adapt questions dynamically, and keep detailed notes or obtain a clean transcript.
• Afterward: deliver a structured summary highlighting technical strengths, red flags, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.
While most conversations centre around popular languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java, flexibility is key; if a client wants to explore another stack you should be able to pick up the basics quickly or guide them through your questioning process.

– Fluid, engaging interview style that maintains candidate comfort while extracting depth.
– Evidence throughout the call of real-time ChatGPT utilisation (for example, live follow-up generation).
– Post-interview report delivered within 24 hours, clear enough for a non-technical HR manager yet detailed enough for a senior engineer.
