ChatGPT QUERY to extract PDF Text data to flat Excel file

PDF input reports are all structured same way.
Need ChatGPT QUERY to extract most data from a combined PDF file of these reports with Highly Reliable output to flat Excel file.
Attached is ChatGPT query had some success with. But it does not replicate. Is unereliable.
Attached Binder10 is combined file of 10 reports.
Attached Binder93 is combined file of 93 reports.
Attached first 10 examples of separate reports.
When operational, extraction will be performed weekly (by Me) on between 500 and 1000 reports combined into one PDF file.
Checking accuracy of extration is another step beyond this project.
I am open to using ChatGPT extentions (extract PDF Text to Excel). And also using AI alternatives to ChatGPT. But it does seem like something that current ChatGPT version could handle.
