I have a series of spreadsheets that need to be populated by hand from PDFs and handwritten notes. The content is mixed—short text descriptions accompanied by numbers—so accuracy in both fields matters. I already rely on Microsoft Excel but I want to speed things up and improve consistency by weaving ChatGPT into the workflow (for example, using the Office-add-in or custom prompt formulas to suggest standardised phrases, generate quick summaries, or highlight obvious entry errors).
Your role is to:
• Manually key the data into the supplied Excel templates.
• Apply ChatGPT prompts within Excel to verify entries, catch anomalies, and normalise wording or number formats where appropriate.
• Return a clean, fully populated workbook with no blank cells left unintentionally empty and with obvious inconsistencies flagged or corrected.
• Include a short tab or text file summarising the prompts or VBA snippets you used so I can reuse them later.
I will share the source files, the target spreadsheet structure, and a brief style guide the moment we start. Accuracy is non-negotiable; speed is a bonus as long as quality holds.
