ChatGPT Email Assistant Automation

I want to turn ChatGPT into a behind-the-scenes personal assistant that looks after my inbox. The goal is a fully automated workflow that pulls incoming mail, runs it through the ChatGPT API, and then handles day-to-day email management tasks for me—drafting replies, summarising long threads, flagging priority items, and filing or archiving what’s done.

You’ll be responsible for wiring up the ChatGPT API, building or configuring the middleware that connects it to my mail service, and setting the logic rules so the assistant behaves consistently. Clean, well-commented code plus a short setup/readme file are essential because I’ll need to maintain the system later.

Deliverables
• A working integration between my email account and ChatGPT that performs the management actions above in real time
• Simple dashboard or logs so I can see what the assistant is doing and override if needed
• Deployment instructions and brief hand-over call / walkthrough
