ChatGPT Duty Roster System

I need a developer who can turn Google Spreadsheet data into polished duty rosters, then let ChatGPT deliver detailed, Japanese-language explanations of every assignment through web, iOS, and Android apps.

Scope of work
• Connect to a designated Google Sheet and pull roster data on demand.
• Use ChatGPT to read that data, understand shift patterns, and compose clear, context-aware Japanese messages—always providing detailed explanations rather than short summaries.
• Build the core server, API endpoints, and model-handling logic so the NLP layer remains fast and secure.
• Produce a lightweight cross-platform app (web first, iOS/Android wrappers acceptable) that displays each roster and its accompanying explanation. A full UI redesign will be commissioned later, so a functional, clean interface is all that’s required now.
• Handle data collection, fine-tuning or prompt engineering as needed, plus testing and basic deployment documentation.

Acceptance criteria
1. Selecting “Generate roster” triggers a pull from Google Sheets and returns a roster with an explanation in under 5 seconds.
2. Messages are in natural, polite Japanese and free of hallucinated shifts.
3. Solution runs stably on the provided server and is demo-ready no later than 5 September.
