Rules for this project!
1. All bids that doesn’t involve the word ”Carrot” will be ignored
2. Only bid if you have the knowledge and expertice to successfully finnish this project in time. If you dont understand the project as described then dont bid.
3. Only bid the amount that you are willing to do the project for.
4. You MUST deliever the project on time or else no payment.
5. The project is finnished when it is quality checked by me and in full working state.
6. I must be able to create the chat GPTs in my user with the information you send.
7. I need help to get it running on chat GPT with instructions from you.
Project desciption:
The project involves creating a custom chat GPT that uses API calls according to the link below:

Custom chat GPT must be able to answer questions about Sweden's population after retrieving the information via SCB API interface.
Example questions:
How large is the population in municipality xxxx
How many men under the age of 20 are there in municipality xxxx
How has the population i municipality xxxx developed since 1983
Compare how many women have moved out of these municipalities: xxxx and xxxxx and xxxxx.
