Project Overview


I am seeking an experienced BigCommerce product upload specialist to add approximately 800 products to my BigCommerce website. Each product must be entered accurately with the correct SKU, pricing, descriptions, images, and category placement following my established format and workflow.



An instructional video has been created that demonstrates exactly how each product must be added. The successful freelancer will follow this process precisely to ensure consistency across all listings.



This is a large, structured data-entry project requiring attention to detail, consistency, and prior BigCommerce experience.

Scope of Work
Add approximately 800 products into my BigCommerce store

Follow my step-by-step instructional video for product entry

Enter correct SKUs (must be unique and accurate)

Upload product images

Insert product titles and descriptions as provided

Assign correct categories

Set pricing and stock fields as instructed

Ensure formatting consistency across all listings

Avoid duplicate SKU or product entry errors



Each product takes approximately 3–4 minutes to enter once familiar with the process.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience working with BigCommerce product management

Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail

Familiarity with SKUs, product variants, categories, and pricing fields

Ability to follow video instructions precisely

Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines



Experience uploading large product catalogs is highly preferred.
