Automation of Invoice Validation Process
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m working on a project to automate invoice validation.
The primary goal is to parse a number of invoices, which each as a a different layout. These can be either a PDF or Excel.
We have done this succesfully manually with a ChatGPT promt by uploading the file into a prompt and getting a CSV as output.
From each onvoice two outputs are created.
1. A file / overview with all monthly recurring cost
2. A file / overview with all one time cost.
Once all invoices have been processed a number of CSV are created. The CSV are consilidated into a single CSV. This master CSV will be compared to another master file and validated that the numbers are correct.
Currently for the first part we need help to create a make.com workflow where
1. The file (invoice) is uploaded to ChatGPT
2. Use ChatGPT to read/parse the file and create an output
3. Upload the output to OneDrive
Once this workflow is finalized we work on the next steps to consilidate all files and run the comparision.
FYI: Im trying to do this now with ChatGPT, if there a better modules we are open for suggestions.
