I need an automation expert to help schedule and send daily social posts generated by ChatGPT.

Requirements:
- Generate Facebook posts (text only) daily
- Schedule the task for 9 AM
- Email the content to me (or multiple emails)
- Optional: Log/save in Google Sheets or Notion
