I’m looking to hire an experienced AI engineer / automation specialist who has previously built or implemented AI-powered job application systems.
The goal is to create a system that:
* Applies to jobs on my behalf (ethically & safely)
* Generates customized CVs per job
* Uses ChatGPT / LLMs to adapt experience to job descriptions
* Applies the STAR framework for interview and screening questions
This isnot a theoretical project.
I will only work with someone who has already done this before using existing AI tools or platforms.
