I have a project that I'm looking to have done on Freelancer.com and require a qualified freelancer to help bring it to life. The goal is to integrate a Chatbot using the ChatGPT platform into a Telegram group, with a primary focus on conversational assistance.
The language of choice should be Python, C++, or JavaScript, but this question was skipped. The goal is to provide conversational assistance within the Telegram group, not just question and answer scenarios or automatic responses. The chatbot should not collect any user data.
In addition to setting up the chatbot itself, the freelancer will be responsible for implementation and testing of the bot, as well as for making subsequent modifications or improvements as needed.
