OpenAI API + WhatsApp API + MYSQL - Integration - Recruitment platform Chatbot

I'm seeking a professional to integrate the OpenAI API with WhatsApp API and a MySQL database. The goal is to seamlessly utilize the OpenAI assistant on my WhatsApp Business account. My company is a job recruitment platform, and I want this chatbot to manage the entire recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Openai api should handle communicating with candidates using whatsapp api bot, screening resumes and mysql database, scheduling interviews, and answering candidate queries.
- Development of the integration - currently do not have an existing WhatsApp Business API setup. I have the official whatsapp business account and use meta whatsapp business partner account.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in OpenAI API, WhatsApp API and MySQL.
- Previous experience in developing chatbots
- Ability to create a user-friendly and efficient system.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
