Project Brief: Logitech G502 Automation with Multi-Answer LED Feedback
Objective:
Create a custom macro script that integrates with Logitech G502 and Logitech G-Hub software to automate a workflow involving browser interactions with GPT and LED feedback on the G502 mouse. The script should be able to:
Browser Automation:
Automatically open GPT (chat.openai.com) on a specific monitor.
Copy selected text (multiple-choice questions) from one window and paste it into GPT.
Submit the query and wait for a response.
LED Feedback System:
The G502 mouse LEDs will display specific colors to indicate correct answers:
Red for Answer A
Blue for Answer B
Yellow for Answer C
Green for Answer D
Orange for Answer E
If there are multiple correct answers, the mouse should flash each color in sequence for 1 second each before resetting to a default pink color.
Additional Details:
Must work smoothly across multiple monitors (e.g., GPT runs on one monitor while the user stays on another).
Can use AutoHotkey (AHK), Lua scripting in G-Hub, Python, or a combination of these tools.
The script must reliably detect multiple answers and handle LED sequences dynamically.
Deliverables:
