Description:
I am looking to develop an AI-powered web application for use in my clinic that can listen to doctor-patient conversations in Hindi and Maithili, transcribe them, and convert them into structured medical notes using GPT or a similar AI model.
The app must also restrict any prescribed medications to a predefined list of drugs available in my clinic only.

Core Requirements:
1. Speech-to-Text Transcription (Hindi + Maithili)
• Accurately transcribe real-time or recorded consultations in Hindi and Maithili.
• Open to using Whisper or similar models that support regional language accuracy.
2. AI Clinical Summarization
• Feed the transcript into GPT or equivalent AI to generate structured clinical notes:
Chief Complaint, History of Present Illness, Diagnosis, Plan, Diet Changes, Prescription
3. Medication Restriction
• Medications must be recommended only from my pre-approved drug list (clinic stock).
• No generic recommendations from outside this inventory.
4. Simple Front-End (Streamlit or Web App)
• Clean UI where doctor can upload/record audio, view/edit the AI-generated notes, and download or print.
