Advanced Clinical Chatbot with EHR Integration

My project needs an experienced developer to upgrade our existing Clinic Assistant Chatbot. I require:
- High level expertise in ChatGPT, WhatsappBot-Twilio, and APP integration
- Enhanced natural language understanding capabilities to improve patient interaction
- Integration with electronic health records (EHR). This should allow viewing of medical history and scheduling appointments directly through the chatbot
- Improved handling of triages and decision trees. The system should ask questions to assess symptoms and severity, following best practices for triage guidelines and provide decision support based on user input
