I want to make a CHATGPT On-Site Customer Helper
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me build a CHATGPT On-Site Customer Helper for my website. The chatbot should be able to answer basic Q&A questions and provide helpful information to users.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in building chatbots and conversational interfaces.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies.
- Ability to integrate the chatbot with a website platform.
- Knowledge of how to create a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) for the chatbot.
- Strong communication skills to ensure the chatbot meets my specific needs.
It will go on the my website, be able to tell what page it's on and use that information to answer questions from the user. If the user is on a page about a First Gen Air Pods, it can figure that out and provide a description about the product when a user asks questions. Should be quick and seamless.
I envision it working as a widget. Should be compatible with Wordpress but not mandatory. Using the example above, a user can ask "what features does this car have?" and any other pertinent questions about the First Gen Air Pods. This information needs to be current and up to date. It would be ideal if you can also add in custom answers to the most asked questions. Like if they ask for pricing say "contact the dealer" instead of looking up the cost elsewhere.
I'm not sure where to get started. Any help or a point in the right direction is appreciated. I'm sure this isn't a new idea.
