I have a live chatbot whose conversation flow collapses whenever a user submits complex multi-step commands. Instead of following the expected path, the bot flags these inputs as unrecognized commands and stalls. I need a fresh set of eyes to trace the logic, correct the intent handling, and restore a smooth, natural dialogue experience.
You will have access to the current codebase and any training data already in place. Once the fixes are in, I’d like the updated model or rule set pushed to the existing environment and validated with sample multi-step scenarios we’ll agree on together.
Deliverables
• Updated conversation flow that reliably understands and responds to complex multi-step commands
• Regression tests (unit or end-to-end) proving the fix
• Brief implementation notes outlining what was changed and why
Acceptance criteria: each test script containing a multi-step command must return the intended response on the first attempt, with no fallback or error message.
