I need a MS Teams, and co pilot expert

I have a 10 person sales team. The team includes 6 salespersons, 3 back office personnel, and 1 manager/admin role. I would like to be able to chat, share documents, share file locations, the ability for each user to have their own contacts directory to keep track of their clients. the ability to have private chats, and private folders or restricted use folders.
i would like to have a dashboard for each user. Im interested in using email bots and using co-pilot.
