looking for someone who can fix chatbot(urgent)

My production chatbot has suddenly started serving incorrect answers and I need it corrected right away. The core issue is response accuracy: users are sending perfectly valid questions but the bot’s replies are off-topic or flat-out wrong.

I’ll give you full access to the current codebase, training data, and logs as soon as you come on board. Your job is to trace the root cause—whether it’s intent mapping, entity extraction, model drift, or a logic misfire—then update the configuration, retrain or patch the model, and verify that the bot once again delivers the right information for each test case.

Please outline:
• how you normally debug misaligned intents or faulty dialogue flows,
• which NLP or testing tools you prefer (Rasa, Dialogflow, LangChain, direct OpenAI API, etc.),
• an estimated timeline for the fix given the urgency.

Acceptance criteria
• Sample test suite returns the expected answers for all provided prompts
• No degradation in latency or uptime
• All changes documented so I can reproduce the solution
