Ai job: looking for a ai chat bot to help answering to questions from a knowledge base

Hi,

Ai job: I need to create an AI Chatbot / Support Agent that will provide support to the users, answer to their questions, providing answers with words, images and videos from an existing knowledge base we already have. The knowledge base has the information in text format, image format, video format.

Basically I need the chatbot to talk to the user like a human.

If possible we would like to install it on a dedicated server, if not possible looking forward to seeing other solutions.
