I want to add an on-site chatbot focused exclusively on sales inquiries for my WordPress website. The goal is for visitors to move through a friendly, guided conversation—built around multiple-choice prompts—so the bot can understand their needs and expectations and instantly serve up the most relevant product recommendations.
Here’s what I need the finished solution to do for me:
• Run natively on WordPress (a lightweight plugin, custom code snippet, or a no-code platform with embed options is fine, as long as it stays performant).
• Offer a decision-tree style flow: each answer reveals the next set of multiple-choice options, allowing the bot to pinpoint requirements without relying on free-text input.
• Produce clear, personalised product suggestions at the end of the chat, with an option for the visitor to click straight through to the recommended item or request a follow-up from our sales team.
• Let me edit the conversation paths, options, and product mapping from the admin side without touching code.
