Whatsup chatbot

1. Watbot will have 5 catogaries :cutting, stiching, embroidery, beadwork, ON HOld .you can consider them channels. Each group will be linked to assigned workers to avoid confusion, the reason why because same order number will go through all classified groups, start from Cutting, then to rest irrespective.
2. On daily basis, admin will be entering the order numbers under each channels based on the required scope for that order, note all orders will defently be under cutting and stiching, but it might not required embroidery or beadwork
3. Each worker can only see his group, and start notify admin about the start of specific order, once his job is done again he will notify admin via whatbot about the completion of that order, bot must show date and time
Example, customer will visit shop with three dresses, only one dress need embroidery, and second will need beadwork, of course all 3 will require cutting and stiching to be ready for delivery. Then admin will register the 3 orders with 3 specific numbers, after order preparation, admin will enter these 3 orders manually in the whatbot. After that master cutter will initial cutting the first order via cutting channel bot, he must pick each number to notify bot about date and time of the start and similarly once cutting is done, automatically finished cut order number will be be shown in all other channels (e.g stiching, emproidery, beadwork)
