Whatsapp Chatbot - Complaints System

A simple bot that enables the sender to send technical complaints about the workplace building (9 buildings to choose from). Once the building is chosen, the building's facility list appears to choose from, for example, main entrance, the elevator area, etc. Once the building facility is chosen, type of complaints lists show like airconditioning problem, bad smell, water unavailability, etc. Once the complaint is chosen, the sender will be allowed to send short description of the problem, images or videos.
Once uploaded, that bots thanks the sender and acknowledge receiving the complaints with its number.
